Paul Gaston testifies as a licensed general contractor, union journeyman carpenter and facilities general foreman, and any opinion is limited to the scope stated in the report prepared for that matter.
Engagements are agreed directly with retaining counsel. Scope, deliverables and terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins. No fee information is published anywhere on this site. Conflict checks are carried out on the party names supplied before any substantive discussion of a matter takes place.
Questions falling outside a licensed contractor’s qualifications are referred to the appropriate licensed professional rather than absorbed. Where a matter requires instrumented coefficient-of-friction measurement, that testing is coordinated with a certified walkway auditor; it is not offered as an in-house service and is not represented as one on this site.
